Vincere Sports Inc. will ship items within 3-4 business days of receipt of order and payment. Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs. Please add this 2-4 day order processing time to the (1-5 days) ship time of your order to equal the total time expected to receive your order.

Christmas-time Mail Delivery is slow Please give adequate time for US Mail shipping time during the holidays. Note that due to holiday volumes, Mail transit time is much slower in December and delays of up to 2 weeks can occur with First class mail packages.
We recommend selecting PRIORITY MAIL or a faster shipping method (UPS 1-day or 2-day) in the 3 weeks prior to Christmas to ensure that you receive your order on time.

Customers are encouraged to call (877-846-2373) or email us if they have particularly urgent deadlines such as tournaments or events. We can often expedite orders or suggest the most appropriate shipping methods.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Our standard shipping is typically via first class mail unless otherwise specified. Costs for orders shipped when "First Class Mail" is selected is $3.95 for the first item and $.95 for each additional item.
This $3.95 + $.95/ additional item cost is true even for larger items or orders (volleyballs, lines, etc.) which we may ship by the faster UPS ground service when the standard "First Class Mail" option is selected. Orders of 5 or more pairs of Sand Socks may be shipped via UPS.

Customers may choose alternate options including:
1. Priority Mail (at an additional $3)
2. UPS 2nd Day Air (shipping costs to be determined)
3. Overnight (shipping costs to be determined)
Note that all shipping times are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our 2nd Day Air and Next day deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS
Customers should be aware of international shipping delays caused by customs, including shipments to Canada. Although most packages are received by our Canadian customers in good order (~1 week), customs delays of up to 3 weeks can occur.
